I’m Stephanie. I’m a Registered Social Worker with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I believe we all have the capacity to thrive and experience moments of purpose, meaning and joy.

I offer trauma therapy rooted in EMDR, the mind-body connection and the understanding of someone whose been on the other side of the chair. I’m passionate about providing support to the ones who feel like they are holding everything together; the moms, the caregivers, the first responders and the helpers.
